I used illusions for my wedding day. Andrea did my hair and makeup and the other girls did hair and makeup on my 4 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. Andrea was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable! I will be going to her again. I loved my hair and make up and so did everyone else. They do a great job and are really fast. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
I've tried several of their stylists at the Parma location and Patty is by far my favorite!!! I've been going to Illusion's for the past couple of years and I haven't gone anywhere else since!

I have been going to Illusion Unlimited Parma since I moved to the area 2 years ago. The staff is friendly and professional. I love my stylist, Kira. I get so many compliments on my hair!
Very Poor Customer Service and Horrible Hair Color & Cut I got a horrible hair cut and color. When I tried to get the color information they said they would call me but never called back. I called and asked for the information several times and was told that they are not legally obligated to give me the information. I will never go back.
