I walked in to get a manicure. I usually get acrylics but have been growing my natural nails out. I decided to get Shellac polish. The guy filed my nails and had me go wash my hands. When I was done, he started to apply the Shellac. I asked what my $25 paid for and he said only the polish. If I wanted a full manicure, it would be extra. I was in a hurry so I just allowed him to polish my nails. The first coat of Shellac did not cover my entire nail bed and I told him that he had missed some spots. He said "yea I know, I'll get them." He put on the second coat but still missed the corners of my nail bed. I got my nails done on Friday. Today is Tuesday and my nails are already chipping. I plan to go back today to have them repair the damaged nail without cost. After than, I will NEVER go back. $27 is a lot of money to throw away.
I made an appointment for Regal Nails, and they called me ten minutes before my appointment and demanded to know where I was and when I would get there. I told them that I was in the parking lot parking my car, and would be in shortly. The guy that did my nails acted very rushed (even though there weren't very many people waiting), and gave me a horrible shellac paint job. It's been about a week and multiple nails have chips. He also did a poor job with my cuticles and painted some shellac on to the cuticle so when it grew out it took my cuticle along with it. Never going back.
I love regal nails.....not a long wait to get nails done. Its a young lady name Ashley that i go to evrytime she does exactly.what you ask and in a timely fashion
