I go here all the time. I've never had a bad pedicure. Yes they are not very social but no one has ever been rude. We had a bachelorette party at Bello and they were great. They made sure to have adequate staff for our large group, let us set up a table for snacks and wine, and even stayed open late until we had all gotten our nails or pedicure finished.
