DO NOT GO TO ROYAL NAILS AND SPA ON DANFORTH AND SANTA FE. I have been there several times and sent many friends there... Today, I was pulling in the parking lot to park, and they had a huge sign on one of their cars, that covered the entire car, that said "Royal Nails and Spa grand opening 20% off".. So I go in and there is another sign inside that talked about a members club and 20% off pedicures. So, I get my pedicure and manicure and they go to charge me WAY too much. I told her what it should have been with it being 20% off and she said "No, it's only for pedicures". I told her that her sign outside that they hung on one of their cars said 20% off and didn't specify that it was only on particular services, and if it was supposed to be only on particular services, that they need to specify that on their advertisement, or else it's a bait and switch, which is fraud and illegal. Her response was "Sorry. It's only on pedicures". I told her she had better walk outside and read their own sign that they are advertising 20% off, and NOWHERE does it say "on select services" or "only on pedicures". I told her I would only pay what she advertised. After more argument, she said "I will do it this one time and we do not want to see you again". Wow! I told her not to worry and that I have sent many friends there and will make sure they all know how they really treat their customers, and they definitely wouldn't have to worry about me EVER coming back! Guess they don't realize that there's at least 50 nail places in Edmond ALONE, and good customer service goes a very long way!!

I cannot wait to go back here! I now have two favorite nail salons. The staff is not only friendly, but they are professional and actually listen to what YOU want. They do not force anything on you.The salon is super clean, and I feel so comfortable while getting my nails done. Best of all, the price is beyond affordable for such great service. I definitely will be back!
