If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have been looking for a new hair lady for a while. My mom found Beth and started going to B Style Salon with my sisters. My mom bragged about how great Beth cut and colored hair, so I decided to give her a try. I had an appointment set for 11:45am this morning. I got there 10 minutes early. No one greeted me as I entered the salon. Finally, I hear someone saying "Hello?" from down the hall. It was Beth. She told me that she couldn't do my hair today because she was "too busy." First she said she called my mom to notify her (she DIDN'T), then she switched and said she text her. She never responded to any of my mom's texts regarding the appointment. I had to go out of my way to come in at a short notice, which was a huge inconvenience, but I figured if I was going to finally get a good haircut, it'd be worth it. Beth then told me she had to "check her phone." I waited about 20 minutes total before she came to me with her cell phone. In the meantime, I heard her go back to her room and apologize to the woman she was helping. I think I'm the one that deserved the apology! Beth asked me to return tomorrow but I declined. I would rather find another hair dresser than be inconvenienced. (Every time my mom and sisters have gone to her, she always switches times and makes them come back.) If you're going to run a business and deal with the public, you need to learn some professionalism. I do not recommend this salon at all!
