The associates at the actual Wilsonville location were very nice. Clean environment, etc. My complaint is with SunsUp Tanning Centers as a whole. When I signed up, they were very unclear about their payment/usage policies. I have not used their services in over 3 months. A month ago I called their corporate offices because I had received a phone call telling me that my payment was due. The girl I spoke to was VERY rude. She sounded young, full of herself, and very unprofessional. I asked her to cancel my account because they would be losing me as a customer for good after her treatment. She said "Ok!". I left a review on their Facebook page which was removed so I guess you can't count on them to let people speak honestly. I really had no issue with them if the girl at corporate wouldn't have been so awful. Now that they're still trying to charge me, I feel everyone there seems to be incompetent and could use a lesson in customer service. I shared my review with a couple of local Facebook groups as well and unfortunately, many people had similar experiences. All of this over a $40 charge??? It's absurd.
I've been tanning here for a long time. Although I don't always see the same face behind the counter, they're always nice and know what bed I should go in and for how long. I'm really interested in the Red Light they have now.
