My wife and I have been going to Victor Hugo for years. Every time we tried other stylists we always ended up going back to him. I may be a guy, but I still care about my hair and my wife and I have always went to higher end hair salons/barber shops. I tried places like Hair M and they were all nice people, but I've always left other places feeling undercut in service or in an uninspired hair style. I would do my hair in the morning and it would be so blah! As if I got a Great Clips haircut at a premium price. Victor has so much passion and experience. Him and I are currently working on my hair "grow-out project" and every time I go in to get my haircut I leave with a totally new unique hairstyle as my hair length grows. The level of hospitality, service and work he provides is unmatched. He is the definition of European hospitality and quality.

I was SO impressed by my experience with Jesslyn at the Victor Hugo Salon in Lake Oswego. I went in, not sure of what I wanted, and came out with what felt like a $200 hair cut (not NEARLY that expensive!). Jesslyn knows what she is doing and I trust her to be making my hair styling decisions for many years to come!
Victor Hugo is by far the best hair salon in the Portland area! My wife and I are now regular customers and always leave happy!
