Do not go here for eye brows. I just moved into the area and felt I wouldn't go wrong with a Hair Cuttery. My first time the girl was nice but did not clean up my eye brows well at all. I was hesitant to back again since I'm very particular with my eye brows but I decided I would just go back and simply ask for a different girl. Well my wish came true but once again I was very disappointed she messed up my arch and did not clean up my brows at all. Holding back tears I thanked the girl said she did a good job so she wouldn't lose confidence and mess some other poor girls eye brows up. Please avoid this place.
I had been using this hair cuttery for some time now...it's cheap and it's hard to mess up my hair cut given that i always get it cut using shears w/ a number 2 guard. i attempted to get my hair cut here yesterday (08/28/07) without an appointment (it's supposed to be a 'walk-in' place, right?) but was told i would have to wait 45mins when the place was empty except for one person getting their hair cut in the back! i had walked in, waited 5 mins while the woman at the desk finished her obviously personal call and after checking her computer for several mins, told me that no one was available to cut my for 45 mins because all the stylists were booked with appointment which did not start for another 20 mins!!!! it would have taken less time to cut my hair than it took to explain that. i will never use hair cuttery again.
