Came in yesterday, the stylists there were so nice! This was my first time there and Carolina took into consideration everything that I asked for. I will definitely be becoming one of her regulars! Excellent service Fantastic Sams.
The lovely ladies at this salon are talented and experienced. I have gone to several stylists at this location, and they all know what they are doing, and the results are always exceptional. This salon is unbelievably affordable for the quality, and my hair has never looked better. Most importantly, the stylists really LISTEN to what you want, which is rare. I'm not good at explaining what I want my hair to look like, but they listen to me and voila, it turns out amazing! Love them!
Terrible place - they purposefully mislead with pricing over the phone. I asked how much for a cut and full highlight color and was told $59. I get there and the price with ended up being $94 and that was with a 10% off coupon so it really was $103. Crazy especially considering they messed up on the color and made me wait 50 mins for my scheduled appointment because they ran out of bleach! Would definitely NOT recommend this place.
I just moved to town and was really leery of getting a cut at a place like this. I have always paid a lot more at a salon. However, Stephanie did an excellent job on my hair and really listened to what I had to say about my preferences. It was pretty cheap too.
