The techs here are very friendly, professional and knowledgable. The prices are reasonable. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes after my appointment time. The visits are fairly quick, and most importantly the results are great!

I've been going here for 5 months now for 5 treatments overall. Ingrid has been the only technician I've ever had work on me and she's fantastic. She's very professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. I've never tried any other laser hair removal clinics, so this is my only experience. Still, the results have been phenomenal! In the entire time I've been going here, I haven't shaven or tweezed any of the lasered areas at all. Ingrid does a great job of overlapping each laser pulse so there aren't any patchy areas leftover.

Customer service is terrible! They don't return phone calls and they have very poor estimation of how long things will take. I've had to wait anywhere between 20 to 60 minutes past my appointment time. I got a package deal (6 treatments). I should have spent my money elsewhere...went to elements laser spa before here. Should have stuck with them!

I found an advertisement for this clinic in a Val-Pack- the prices were so reasonable and the reviews so great, I decided to finally go and do something I had wanted to for a long time. I couldn't be happier with the results! Amie and Iman were so helpful and professional- I have recommended the clinic to all of my friends. After only one treatment I didn't have to shave under my arms because the hair grew back so fine- and my bikini line is getting finer as well. I LOVE not having to shave those areas anymore. If you have ever thought of laser hair removal, do yourself a favor and check this place out, fair pricing, super location and a staff that obviously has an excellent reputation.

LOVE this place. LOVE being hairless. So talented, well-informed, well qualified, affordable, private, personable....this clinic has it all. It will be such a favorable experience and you'll become fast friends with the employees!
