Very nice haircut from a nice lady that enjoys what she does. The staff there is very helpful.
very friendly and nice barber. good service, quick, no long wait time
Nice salon. As always with "cheap" salons, the hairdresser have different skill levels. Tony is wonderful. I have had him cut my hair in a variety of styles and recently decided on a "pixie" which I wouldn't have risked without a GREAT deal of trust in my hairdresser. I know there are others in there who are very good and some who are just good. For $14, I get a fantastic haircut, great conversation, and it doesn't break my bank account
The over all look of this establishment is very nice and clean. knowing EXACTLY what i wanted I described it to the man (Phil or Philip). The first red flag. he had long hair and split ends. the second, when he described it back to me he was WAY off! I told him again and told him that i was starting to bald and had colics(sp?) and showed him where. I had informed him there was wax in my hair, he started cutting away with out combing my hair or anything. I figured that he knew what he was doing, I was nervous but tried to relax. in short he butchered my hair. not even close to what i asked for. i was very unhappy. he tried to "fix" it and comb it into submission to no avail. he told me that they guarantee their cuts and that my next cut would be free within a reasonable time. it will take weeks for this go grow enough to even look ok, then there is the time to need a new cut. the assistant manager seemed dismissive about the issue. being that this kind of business is driven by listening to your clients and customer service this is greatly lacking! i am not saying that this stands for all the people there but DO NOT let this man touch your head!
