DID NOT HAVE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE! DID NOT FEEL SPECIAL FELT RUSHED AND A BURDEN. HAD TO HAVE NAILS FIXED AFTER FOUR DAYS, AND WHILE THEY WERE FIXING THEM I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND NAILS AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THAT AS WELL AS THEM TALKING IN A NASTY TONE IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE I MAY NOT SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE BUT AT LEAST WAIT TO GRIPE ABOUT ME AFTER I LEAVE IF YOU HAD DONE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO COME BACK, AND I HAD TO TELL THEM IVE HAD SEVERAL SOLAR SETS JUST FINE AND HAD OTHERS WHO HAD SOLAR SETS TO VERIFY MY ISSUES WERE VALID EVEN BEFORE CALLING TO COMPLAIN, THEIR NAILS AND ATTITUDE WERE THE PROBLEM, HORRID SERVICE AND HORRIBLE QUALITY, WAS A GIFT FROM A FRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS AND I WAS SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS NAIL SALON WILL REFER EVERYONE AWAY FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE.
My husband and I decided to try this place out since it was close to our house. The price is affordable, $24 for a deluxe pedicure BUT they seemed to be in a rush our "deluxe pedi" only lasted about 25 mins. So you get what you pay for but the customer service was good and the pedi was "ok".
I have been to Classy Nails 3 times now. I have the solar nails, and I have had a pedicure as well. Every time I have gone to Andy and he does great work. He is very meticulous with the nails and always makes sure I am happy with them. I could go longer than 2 weeks between fills because the lines are not obvious. I will continue going to Classy Nails to get my nails & toes done & suggest you do the same!
I am new in town and have been looking for a "regular" nail place and thought I'd try out this one due to the first review. I needed to get my previous set removed and have a new set put on. Walking in I thought I'd found a good place, the set up was nicer than most salons, and I was promptly greeted and taken to a nail tech. I told them that I wanted to have my nails SOAKED off and get a new set. Once I sat down, a man and woman began clipping and prying off my nails! I'll insert here that I have very thin natural nails, but I've never had my nails removed without soaking them in acetone first - anywhere! A couple of them came off fairly easy but the majority of them basically were ripped off - and the guy tore one of my nails half way down the nail bed, which then of course caused it to bleed. I pulled my hand away with the acrylic nail still partially attached. They wanted to continue prying it off, but I refused and asked if they would just soak it off, which they seemed to reluctantly do as if it were a new concept. The other nails that survived were completely torn up, despite the filling they did to try and smooth them out. Once the acrylic was removed, I tried to get the girl to let me go wash off the blood, but she kept insisting that it was just under the finger nail (which...either way wouldn't you want to remove it so it doesn't show through the acrylic?). She did dab it with alcohol, which revealed to me that there was a tear halfway down the nail bed and was easily lifted back when I was inspecting it. She wanted to go ahead and put an acrylic nail on the finger, but I basically had to convince her that I didn't want to put glue and acrylic on top of a wound that was still bleeding! Most of the nails that did get done show the damage to the actual nails underneath the acrylic. The girl kept telling me that I could come in after a couple of days to have the damaged nail fixed at no cost, but I'd rather pay someone else to fix one nail than potentially have any other mishaps at Classy Nails.
This place has the worst service. The people are so rude and the work they do is not amazing. I've only been here twice, the first visit was all right, the second completely horrible. I will never come here again and I would never recommend it to anyone.
