Nancy does the greatest pedicures, and usually you can get a same day appointment. She uses a blade lightly to get the calloused parts and uses the big black sanding pad to smooth everything out. She suggested I use it at home to maintain my feet. As long as I do it a couple of times a week and replace it about every three weeks, my feet stay softer until I get back to Nancy about every three to four months. Thomas introduced me to shellac nail polish. When I do that for a few months, my nails remain strong for several months even without the polish. He also files them well. Some places that I have been to file them horribly (on the bluff). I end up with them splitting a lot but not when Thomas does it.
