I had the worst experience at friendly nails!!! one of my nails fell off a few days after getting them done, The next day all of them fell off. I was told by the manager that they should have lasted me 2 weeks or so.. I called to let her know and she said for me to come in.. When I went in she told me that there was nothing she could do about it because there was basically no proof. THERE IS NO REASON I WOULD TAKE ALL OF MY NAILS OFF AFTER I SPENT $30 ON THEM!! She told me should would have to charge me again. So I will never return there, nor will I refer anyone to them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had anywhere.
my manicure dried with bubbles and chipped right away. it looked horrible. the woman that did them was on the phone the entire time and was rude. i had to keep showing her spots that she missed and nails she left unevenly cut. i dont know why i even payed.
The owners Kelly and her husband are very unprofessional. Kelly herself should take care of her warts on her fingers before working in clients.
