Update - 06/19/13 It has now been six months since my surgery and I am very pleased with the results. My hair is much thicker and fuller than I thought it would be. The hair has grown in gradually which I like so it's not just an overnight change, but when I look at old pictures of myself I can tell a big difference. Very Happy! Original: I had hair restoration surgery with Dr. Bitner about ten days ago. The entire experience was amazing! I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Bitner and his staff were so professional and took such good care of me throughout the procedure that it ended up feeling more like a day at the spa. I had absolutely no pain that day and recovery has been easier than I expected as well. I was left with the impression that Dr. Bitner and his staff sincerely cared about my comfort and that the end result would look natural and give me the most bang for my money.

The results have exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff is so professional and they have great customer service. Almost a year later I couldn't be any happier with the results. The price is more than fair and I would definitely recommend Dr. Bitner. My incision is almost invisible and I had no down time. They were so helpful in preparing me for what to expect every step of the way. I came in from out of town and they were very accommodating to my schedule . I can't believe how natural my hairline looks. Dr. Bitner did such a great job so everything looks natural. I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience.

I am 33 years old and have be suffering from hair loss for 10 years now. from the first day I started looking at hair restoration surgery I was scared away and was just willing to deal with what I had. for the last 2 years I have been using a topical cover up called Nanogen which works great in my opinion ( I am a salesman and need to look presentable). It was getting to the point where even the Nanagen was having a hard time covering up my hair loss. So I decided to get the surgery done. I have visited a few places in salt lake and as a young father I was a searching for good quality on a budget. I visited 2 places in Salt Lake and 1 in Provo that were in my Budget and all of it looked like "you get what you pay for" places. They were older looking and did not feel real friendly to me. If you have ever bought and used a Groupon you will know what I mean. I then went to Dr. Bitners office. Beautiful office in the Tanner Clinic in Layton. I was treated like gentleman from the minute I walked in the door. I had my consultation with Dr. Bitner himself and he was very friendly and down to earth. The price was great too so I scheduled my surgery! They offered sedation for the removal of the donor hair section (I had watched videos I did not want to be awake for that part!) I woke up but was still sleepy as they worked on the graft placement. They told me to bring a movie or two to watch ( they had a 52" TV above the bed!) They also brought me the lunch of my choice from the local restaurants (I chose Cafe Rio!) They finished up and Dr Bitner came and sat with me told me how many grafts I got for my session (2,344!) and went over post operation care. He was great, always very positive and did a great Job. I am just a few days post op but I feel great and am super excited for the results. Thanks Dr Bitner!
