I would go there if they moved. The kindest cut is just that! :) They have great customer service and are so atentative. They are very accomdating i have been going to them for five years and have never walked out of there unhappy. I just go in there and say do whatever and i have always been happy with my hair. They have great events and specials. Teen night is so much fun and vibrant. The salon is very clean and refreshing. Their spa section is so awesome and relaxing they really know what they are doing. :) I just love them!
I have been going to the Kindest Cut for about 10 years now. Initially I was a client of Zahida and am now a client of Priti, but I have had many of the other stylists work on my hair/nails/skin on different occasions- Carolina, Jennifer, Karen, Shaima, Robin, LeAnn... most of the staff have taken some part in my salon endeavors over the years. I am very high maintenance when it comes to my hair and have often considered cosmetology as a career. I have never experienced anything but total professionalism at The Kindest Cut. They have a great selection of innovative treatments for hair and skin, use high quality Davines products (which run circles around the lower end "salon professional" products used in most salons in this area), and can do pretty much anything you want done to your hair. I know this because I have had technically intensive styles accomplished with their team of stylists. I never leave looking less than a rock star and the few times a color or cut did not come out exactly as I anticipated they were extremely accommodating about "fixing" the things I didn't like free of charge. No offense to other reviewers in this thread who seem bitter and perhaps are just out to give the salon a bad name, but any salon you go to worth their salt has a menu of services that have prices "starting at $xxx". Nobody charges the same price for foils on short hair as they do on long hair and no one has ever given me a straight up guaranteed price on color before evaluating my hair. It's not always easy for a stylist to judge on first glance how many foils or how much color they are going to need to accomplish the job. I've gone to this salon for 9 years and never felt any of the hundreds of services I have received were overpriced. No one has ever spoken down to me or been unprofessional. In fact, I have received nothing less than Grade A customer service from all their staff. In an average week (granted I work with the public alot so I meet new people every week in my job) I get 15-20 compliments on my hair. minimum. I have sent many of my customers and friends to The Kindest Cut and get endless thanks in return.
