I went in for hair extensions (I've been wearing extensions for well over a decade) with Ashley. I was told during the consultation, that if any extensions were left over, I can come in for a "refresh" in between the 3-4 month period of time they last. That statement actually sold me on selecting her (my previous hair person was no longer in the field so I interviewed several people). Approximately 6 weeks later, I called and scheduled a "refresh" (her words). When I showed up, she asked what I wanted and I again explained that I just wanted the refresh using my left over extensions and I had from the initial application. At that point, she got very rude and said "I don't have time for that. I have a client coming in 15 minutes so I can add one or two!" This statement immediately made me feel very unimportant (as if I'm NOT a client!). Not to mention, I rearranged my day for this appointment (that was made the week before). With that, I requested we reschedule a more convenient time (you know, one where she doesn't have a client coming in!). So, I returned a week later for my "free refresh" which, to my surprise cost $110! What I had a hard time understanding was why she would treat a customer who plans on spending around $1500 every 3-4 months in such a rude manner! And, the icing on the cake was that I never even got an apology for this run-around, as if it was my mistake all along.

I love this salon! I get my eyelash extensions here and its always a great experience! Kelly is the best!

This is the most beautiful day spa and salon, with the most warm, loving and generous people I have ever experienced! I went through the horrible trauma of losing my hair due to breast cancer treatment (chemotherapy). They made a special time for me to come in when 3 of the employees could take the rest of my hair off and make me feel totally beautiful. They pampered me, laughed and cried with me and took wonderful pictures. It turned a very traumatic experience into one that was empowering and filled with love and encouragement. Now that my hair has grown back all curly, (chemo curl) they continue to be and will ALWAYS BE my home salon! They definitely go above and beyond, more than just a beautiful salon!

My whole family uses MeMe's including my 74 year old mom and 19 year old son! It is so welcoming and friendly! The job they do is so above in excellent compared to any place we have been! For hair styling, cuts, color, waxing, really wonderful pedicures, this place is TOPS. We all drive from different cities to come to MeMe's and it is well worth the drive!
