I have been going to see Sarah at Willow Salon and Spa for several months now. When I went in for the first time I had a longer bob and wanted to go really short, essentially a pixie cut! Sarah took on the challenge and did such a fantastic job! I have gotten so many complements on my hair and I accredit it all to her :) I absolutely love my hair style and will continue to go back to see Sarah!

I had SUCH a wonderful experience with Alison at Willow!! She was so intuitive and knowledgeable! She genuinely cares about her job and takes pride in making you feel beautiful! I live out of state, but visit every few months or so to see family. I will likely be waiting for trips to Washington to get my hair done with Alison!

A couple of years ago, my go-to hair person moved to Snoqualmie, it started to become a hassle driving there, especially during the winter season. So I looked up best salons in Tacoma, WA and Willow Salon had the best reviews. When I made my appointment, they automatically assigned me to Brie. I got a trim, paraffin dip for my hands, and balayage for my hair. She was AMAZING! Super friendly and bubbly. She took the time to ask me what I wanted to do with my hair and she delivered. The salon staff was warm and welcoming. I will definitely make this salon my go-to place!

I am very impressed with this salon. I just had a haircut. Chantell took her time and fussed over me for an hour. Each girl seems to have their own specialty and they don't mind sharing you. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. To top it off I received a phone call asking how I liked my cut. I was amazed! Top notch customer service and reasonable pricing. I'm going back to try the massage service next.
