Had a nice experience here! I took my son for his first professional haircut and they were more than accommodating. He has been diagnosed with provisional autism and is sketchy as far as expected behavior. Clippers near his ears are terrifying to him. His hair was cut by Codi and she was very patient and understanding. She took her time and worked with me to make it a relatively pleasant experience, which NEVER happens with his haircuts. Will be going back!
I agree stay away, my hair was down to my belt loops and this chic was told to cut two inches off. She cut ten and a half inches off. My hair was above my shoulder blades when i left.
The chic was more worried about her friends lost phone instead of doing her job. She walked away from my cut like ten times to whisper to her friends in the corner. Very rude, unprofessional, and have no clue what their doing.
Stay Away. The hair cuts have been iffy and the management and customer service is TERRIBLE. Worst experience I've had in years with tacky conversation and little respect for their customers.
