I was treated as though I were the most important person there. In here, they really pamper customers.
Their promise is to give customers great moments and satisfaction. I believe in that, true and honest service, plus good attitude of the staff is one of the many reasons why customers keep coming back.
In here, I was the given the privilege to choose which type of treatment/service I wanted.
I was excited to spend some girl time and booked a shellac manicure at the Woodinville location. I was told while booking the appointment over the phone that full manicure services were included in this $45 dollar service. I was disappointed first by the nail technician, who greeted me with a scowl and pointed me in the direction of nail colors. Very few words were said (even though I put forth the effort), the scowl continued, my nails were filed down to almost nothing (when asked to keep as long as possible) and no time was spent on an exfoliating scrub or hand massage. I was in and out of the chair in 25 minutes and 15mins of that was just the polish setting. The only positive I can give my experience is that the technician did do a good job on the actual polish.
