Waited about 30 minutes for someone to show up to do my nails. The girl was sweet but kept flicking my fingers to relax them (which only tensed them more). Rubbing them would have worked better but they'd have to charge for that I suppose. The nails from one hand to another don't match. Now they want to charge $10 less than a full set costs to fill them, and won't make me an appointment so I don't have to wait. Will be going to Tuscan sun to have them filled and reshaped for half the price they want to charge. Really I can go to a spa to get them done cheaper and better service? Who would've guessed.
Pushy people. Had a set put on 6 months ago. Didn't last long at all. Have never gone back. I just found out that one can rate places today. Go to pro nails. That is where I tried after this place and I continue to go there.
Left me for 1/2 hour soaking in acetone to remove gel polish. I scraped the polish off myself while they took in other customers around me. I finally got off all of the polish and walked out. Told guy up front half hour to long to soak in acetone. He didn't apologize or try to stop me. Sad thing is I have been a loyal customer of both their salons for years.
