Please just go to Master Cuts, I love those guys. My stylist was Heather, and wow she must have been an amateur. Messed up the haircut. I have naturally curly hair and she STRAIGHTENED my hair and THEN cut it. She saw how curly my hair was, she knew that I like to wear my hair curly, so why would she cut it when it was straight? Who does that? It ended up being way too short. My bangs look stupid Also messed up the color. I wanted to dye my hair brown, and she left the bleach in there so long it turned out blonde. It's been a week and it's still blond. The sad part is she's not the only incompetent hair dresser there. The new guy Mike, is just plain awful. Very unsure and has had many clients that were mad, which he told one of his clients. Why would you tell the woman whose hair you're cutting that?

Usually go to mastercuts but they were really busy so I went across the hall to Regis. Went in for a medium fade from skin to finger length on top. The girl could not get it right and there was no fading about it. It looked like railroad tracks and she could not see the lines or the cliffs she cut into my head. She pushed on my head with alot of force (didnt hurt) which didnt do anything. Supposedly it was to make the hair pop through the comb. She kept saying how some people's heads just cant be cut certain ways....well, considering I have been getting this haircut for 12 years, I think my hair can be cut that way. She finally got another lady to get one side and she ended up doing the entire head. By far, THE WORST HAIRCUT EVER. I don't remember her name but she was the first seat in the back row of chairs, mid twenties. 20 some dollars later....I shouldnt have had to pay for that. It was also a good hour long process which most stylists can do in 15-20 min.
