This place is awesome the owner is super nice nice and always makes you welcome. Judy is her name. Everyone that works there has it going on they are professionals in every way. They have been doing it for a very long time.
After looking for a new hairdresser, I chose expressions and made an appointment for a color, hightlight, shampoo, cut and style. I left with a cut and style. I called the "stylist" to schedule another appointment. She never returned my call. What a blessing! I took my business to Inovations, also located in Bridgeport, and am pleased with the STYLIST I now have. She is professional, personable and very knowledgable and keeps in touch with me. Thanks C.I. for not returning my call!!
To Lala the C.I that your refuting to also happens to be my stylist and has always done a VERY good job. The reason I'm writing you in return is because C.I had to have emergency back surgery and quite frankly couldent return anyone's phone calls. So really some things are a little more important and I will apologize for her and for you not getting a phone call in return. Sorry you lost a GREAT stylist.
I was looking for a place to get a pedicure and a haircut. I decided on Expressions based on their website and services offered. I made the request via their website on Monday night. I expected to hear from them Tuesday. I didn't hear from them till Thursday when they sent me an e-mail. Based on how long it took for them to contact me about the appointment and the fact that there were several misspelled words (I can forgive a few, but this was weird) I decided to cancel. I sent an e-mail immediately. I then sent another 4 hours later asking them to confirm the cancellation. That night I got a call from the nail tech about the appointment. It hadn't been cancelled. The next day (Friday) I still hadn't received confirmation of cancellation. I called and spoke to someone to cancel. This morning (Saturday) I received another call about my appointment today. It still had not been cancelled! Usually I would just write them off, but when you make the appointment you give your CC info to save it. With this kind of communication with customers I don't recommend them at all!
