SPENT $200 AND MY HAIR IS RUINED!!!!! PLUS I FELT THREATENED. Karly did my hair and did two process in one day and the color still didn't come out right... but she said she couldn't do anything about it because she was suppose to be off at 4pm and now it was 5 pm. When she rang me up I asked her to explain the receipt to me because I didn't think it was my issue that she had to do two process on my hair to give me what I wanted when Ive done what I wanted many times. She got extremely rude with me. I asked for a manager and she wasn't there... so she got called and she said to only charge me for one process. The total came out to the same price as the price before. I asked how that was possible.... Anna jumped in and said to have the cops called because I wasn't going to pay and that I was disturbing other customers when I was simply asking to have the receipt explained to me. I told Anna to tend to her customers and let Karly deal with her own.. She didn't. She continued to say to call the cops ... and then she told me if I didn't have the money, not to come get my hair done. I got mouthy because she doesn't know my life and told her that I probably had more money than she did and I don't even have to work. She walked up but continued to say to call the cops. I ignored her. I told Karly that I never said I wasn't going to pay I just wanted to have it explained to me. I paid and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. THEY ARE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND I FELT VERY THREATEN.

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, BUT I'm pretty upset. I went to this Mastercuts today to get a wash, trim, and style. I told the lady when I first got there that I'd like my hair to be shampooed. I usually do it before I go, but they always seem to redo it anyway, so I didn't this time. I thought maybe she just didn't hear me the first time, so I said it again. This time, I know she heard me. I also told her I didn't want it cut dry. Did I get a shampoo? NO. Did she cut it dry? YES. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than hiring someone to do something for you, especially hair, and her not listen to a word you said. I walked out with my hair looking worse than it did when I walked in, and believe me, it looked pretty bad when I walked in.
