Jeff. The only stylist who does my curly hair right. Lord bless him.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored at Frost since they first opened and have had the pleasure to work with almost every stylist there. I always walk out of there with the best cut and the most flattering color. In fact, I am still getting compliments on my color 6-weeks after. Their mani/pedi's are the BEST in town too! Every 7-8 weeks I can't wait for my time in the chair.

I was so excited when I found Frost, it looked super posh especially for a town like Jackson and I had the most amazing shampoo ever but the cut was horrible. I don't even think the hairdresser looked at my hair while she was gossiping the whole time. I have thick hair and it usually takes at least an hour and a half to get cut and dried so I was surprised that I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The ends were jagged and embarassing. I could have done a better job myself! I gave it a shot but definitely wouldn't reccomend this to anyone else.

I love this salon! I went in with chin length hair and wanted Emma Watson's pixie- my stylist was great! Really took time with me-I was nervous! People always ask me where I got such a great cut in Jackson. FROST! I also saw Mandy and got a SHELLAC manicure. My nails looked amazing! And lasted 13 days without a chip. Definitely recommend this salon!

I had to go get my hair fixed after getting it cut here. The stylist was nice enough, but she was left by herself and kept having to stop cutting my hair to go ring people up and do various other things. I was also not greeted when I came in and ignored for about 10 minutes. I got a dye, brow shaping & cut. The cut was $50 and the dye was $75. I went in with very long hair, she took way too much off didn't give me the layers I wanted and gave me uneven jagged horrible bangs. I wanted tapered smooth bangs that framed my face. None of which I got. Honestly, I have cut my hair better myself before, but decided this time to go to a professional because I thought they could do a better job. I had pictures and was very specific. I was kind of worried when my hair was completely dried and she still hadnt cut my bangs but I was guessing she was doing it so they wouldn't be too short. She took about 5 min on my bangs. I have better technique than she does. Go somewhere else. $150 later I'm still not happy and am going somewhere else on Monday in hopes of getting every fixed.
