HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY- SO UNSANITARY , QUICK AND TERRIBLE JOB DONE! GIRLS HATE ALL WHITE PEOPLE!! I HAVE NEVER FELT SO PREJUDICED IN Y LIFE....THEY LAUGH AND TALK ABOUT YOU RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! THEY ALL HATE WHAT THEY DO, AND DO IT SOOOO POORLY! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! SLOPPY WORK, WHEN MENTIONED THEY ALL GANG TOGETHER TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG!! THESE GIRLS SHOULD ALL GO BACK HOME.....NO CHARGE GST FOR CASH!! PAY TAXES IN CANADA LIKE THE REST OF US!

I have been going here since the day it opened and I truly enjoy the staff that work there. I have never had a problem with my nails and have been more than happy with the work. I must agree however, with the comments regarding the Manager and her sheer unprofessionalism. I booked an appt a week ago for 3 pedicures at noon. 2 showed up early and I showed up at 2 mins to 12 (by their clock). when I arrived I my chair was available but there was no staff avail to do my pedicure with my two girlfriends. No one spoke a word to me. After waiting 35 mins I got up and started to put on my boots and the manager said "what no pedicure for you". I said No as my friends were done and I also had a manicure booked and then plans for lunch ...plus I had an appt at noon and it was now 12 35 p.m. the Manager said well, we very busy had one girl sick, I said that I understood but that it would have been better to acknowledge me when I arrived, explained the circumstances and then left the decision to wait or not to me, I had the respect to book an appt, show up on time and I felt that same respect was due to me! The Manager then said "fine, no more booking appts for you you can do walk in!" I was shocked as have been going there every 3 weeks, since they opened and tip generously and am always respectful and because I expressed my feelings about the treatment, I was no longer able to book an appt? I am sorry for the girls that work there, they are all terrified of her and they all came up and apologized individually for the manager. I will not go back there as long as she is the Manager and I hope the owner realizes the way the Manager treats customers.

Horrible. Although the prices are great, the quality is not. I had shellac done and it did not even last 24 hours. I would have returned for a fix, however, while the lady was performing the service, a dissatisfied customer returned with chipped nails and the lady was very rude to her. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

AWFUL she did a bad job and all my nails chipped. i asked her to fix them and she wanted to charge me more than normal to take them off. then she took off one nail and when i said i would not pay cuz she did a bad job she asked me to leave. i did and she followed me to the parking lot demanding i pay 5 bucks to pay for her taking off a nail. she then said i am too butch to have nails. i am a photographer and a model. i have had nails for 3 years and never had such a bad job. find a better nail salon with someone that actually speaks english

My favorite nail salon in Edmonton! Great service and perfect nails every time.
