One of the most important aspects of visiting a salon for me, is the attitude of the staff. From the minute you are greeted at the reception desk, to when you leave feeling pampered and refreshed, the naked health staff give you a sense of total understanding and commitment to their job. The salon is cool, calm, relaxing and tempting with a huge range of creams, lotions and potions. I went for some electrolysis to my upper lip and with a very naïve approach to skincare. Fauzia, my therapist, assured me that I’d be leaving the treatment room happy with the results. After being taken through the processes involved I settled myself down, held my breath and the treatment began. Cold air was blown onto the area to be treated and yes it was painful but bearable and Fauzia comforted me throughout. The treatment room is spotless and feels very professional,even slightly medical as the Naked Health brand suggests "Medispa" All of this gives the client huge confidence in any procedure they may have.
I still have a treatment to go and may need a few more over the next year but the whole experience was worth it, in the competent and friendly atmosphere of an excellent Spa. Highly recommended.
