Hi there, This salon has given me mixed feelings in the sense that booking an appointment for both hair and beauty and keeping the appointments was rather confusing since, after having booked it I went and was told there was no appointment booked even though I had spoken to both people in the salon and booked it myself. That's one!! Secondly, after having apologised to me and booked out another appointment for me (after I had finished my eyebrows treatment) to come back the next day as a good gesture for their failings. I went back during this very rainy cold day to find that the salon had closed and that no one was available to give me an explanation!! I was absolutely fuming, wet and ended up sick for a whole week as I socked with rain. Still I had immediately wrote a complaint email explaining and giving proof of all emails I had sent and received for my appointment and the awful treatment I had received from its owners. It was good to get a refund back at least but I don't think I bought a service to get a refund in return! I think these companies who deal business with one another need to take some kind of responsibility towards advertising vouchers of salons that might not be suitable for business!

Hello, I've bought the deal and booked an appointment for the 22nd of november and when called to confirm they said that there wasn't an appointment on my name and didn't want to give me another one and I was told to ask for a refund and so I did. After contacting living social for the refund they sent me an email saying that I could book another appointment because they would finally do it, and so I did. Booked another appointment for 19/01/2013 and getting there they made me wait for 40 minutes and then said that my name wasn't on the booking list (AGAIN) but after waiting more they told me that I would be seen. When I got to sit the woman said that she wouldn't be able to color my hair because I have dandruff and I said ok, just cut. When trying to get my hair washed a guy came and looked and said he wouldn't even wash and cut my hair because I could CONTAMINATE THE WHOLE SALON!! He said it in front of everyone there making me feel humiliated and I'm still feeling like someone dirty with a horrible sickness, really sad! I left the salon crying and with my hair wet as the guy didn't want even to dry with the towel and so I left the salon with wet hair on a snowy day and caught a cold as well. MY WORST EXPERIENCE ON A SALON EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my back wax done at OMG few days ago with their new therapist Hanna. Very professional service, reasonable price. I visited this salon about 3 months ago and can see massive improvements. Beauty room is spacious, freshly decorated and very CLEAN!!!, beauty therapist is professional and well-experienced. Well done OMG! keep this high standard!

Love this place,Both me and my other half use it every few weeks,All the guys are very helpful and very laid back.I visited yesterday, salon is beautiful WITH AMAZING DECOR!!! After reading the other reviews i really can't understand which salon they have visited because it most def aint this one?? Honey and Gerlidean both do our treatments and we always walk out with a smile on our face!! i have had beauty treatments,2 areas of botox and my hair done at OMG and i have never been able to fault the place. 5 starts from mere!!!

So very highly - not recommended for eyelash extensions!!!!! The glue used according to my regular therapist was so thick she is surprised that I did not have an eye infection, the whole process to my surprise took 20 minutes!!! and when my eyelashes started falling out I understood why, typically there was three eyelashes attached to each thread. At the end of the session when glue was seeping into my eyes I was told not to 'naturally' blink as the wetness would harm the lashes. On waking in the morning I woke with a line of glue under my lower lashes which was quite surprising given the fact that I had not had any extensions to the lower lashes!!
