Definitely do not recommend. The customer service is appalling! You would think when staff do something wrong they would apologise and try to make up for it. I told the beautician how I wanted it done. And she did it the way SHE wanted it. She totally ignored what I said and the way I said I wanted it. She messed up my eyebrows badd. And i was pissed offf because i had a wedding to go that evening. I will NEVER for as long as I live ever step foot in tammana's again. Nor will I allow friends/family to. They make you look like freshies and to be honest its probably because all of them working their are. They have a different impression of what 'beauty' is. No offence. Your better off paying more and visiting a decent beautician. -IN RESPONSE to tammana's comment... Im sorry but please do not pretend you do not know about it. All the staff that day knew about it. I spoke to the manager about it and everybody's response was that 'we all do it like that' and 'thats how we do them'. Shockingly the manager was not professional enough to sort it out and come up with a suitable solution. Clearly this place doesnt have any experienced staff, as the managers priority is not/was not the customer. She was in fact quite rude and despite the fact I specifically asked the lady what i wanted. They were all (manager included) adamant in arguing that it was done, again... 'the way we do it'. Nobody thought to apologise for messing up my eyebrows. And the manager then asked me to pay and pretty much leave. I was horrified on leaving the shop the way I looked. I was almost in tears in the bathroom trying desperately to fix it. My mistake that day was firstly walking into that shop and secondly PAYING, the idiot I was. I actually paid for it before I left. Beauticians and spas are supposed to tailor to the customers needs. You failed to do that and on top of that you all denied the fact that I specifically asked the lady how I wanted it beforehand. And she simply ignored my requests. What made it a hundred times worse was the fact that they just wanted me to pay up and leave. No remorse whatsoever. Utter disgrace. I will be letting locals know about it. And to avoid disappointment in this shop in future.
