I've been going to Natura for a couple years now and it is the ONLY waxing place I trust. Carmen is THE BEST!!!! She is quick, professional, and makes the waxing experience as pleasant as possible. I appreciate their wide variety of waxes and we've found the perfect kind to use on my super sensitive skin (sugar wax and then hard wax). I've had so many bad waxing experiences but not a single negative one here in the years that I've been faithfully going.

I have been seeing Rafaela for over a year and she is the best esthetician I have been to in and out of San Diego. Not only is she great at what she does, she is sweet and extremely friendly. I always feel comfortable with her and the rest of the women that work at Natura. Rafaela was recommended to me by a friend, I have recommended it to a few people already, and will continue to do so. The location of Natura is very convenient and the salon is so nice inside. I promise you will not be sorry with the service at Natura.

Natura is a place where you want to go. Great service and great products. They also have a website where you can schedule your own appointment, which makes very convenient. When they say they value customer satisfaction - they mean it. You will feel so relax, like you are part of the family. I could not ask for more. I LOVE NATURA Lounge & Spa. I highly recommend going there.
