I've been here three times (I work nearby) and each time I have left disappointed. The prices are great, but I haven't been happy with the quality. When they trim my cuticles during a manicure, the trimmer is so dull it feels like they are just pulling skin off (and not very well, either; the skin is still peeling when I walk out). More importantly, I don't get the impression they are particularly careful disinfecting their tools (they simply wash the cuticle trimmers in the sink after using them). Plus, whenever I come in with a friend for manicures they don't seat us next to each other. I will say that my first experience here was with a pedicure; that was a better experience than either manicure I got. However, I don't have dry skin on my feet and my friend who needed more work in that area said the experience was painful and hasn't been back. I don't think I'll be back, even though it is incredibly convenient.
Had a full set of gel french tips done. After only a few days the gel is peeling off the sides. The gel is way too thick, there are a lot of bubbles in the gel, and the whites didn't line up with the glued on tips leaving a line underneath the visible gel part. I've had nails put on before and these are mediocre at best.
