This was the ABSOLUTE worst nail salon I visited. I don't know where to even start: 1) Our appointment was made 24 hours in advance and when we arrived it took an hour to be seen. 2) the establishment is absolutely disgusting. The carpet is dirty, the massage chairs don't work properly and their UV lamps for shellac are out dated and run poorly. 3) The pumis stones look as if they have been used on countless people! NOT sanitary. 4) When the gentleman finished my shellac manicure I realized the gel is in between my fingernails and covering my cuticles. This means my manicure will start chipping and peeling immediately when it is supposed to last 2-3 weeks! My sister had the same service. Her big toenail unfortunately fell off yesterday, and so she only has a partial nail grown in. The lady doing her pedicure actually painted her entire nail including the bare skin!!!! It looked awful and the lady didn't redo anything. To make it worse when my sister put her shoe on to leave it completely ruined her pedicure! By the end of the wretched experience we were both so over the disgusting place that we didn't care enough to make them redo anything. I will NEVER return to this place!!! If you purchased their living social deal, you need to call living social immediately and get a refund!!

Entered this salon on 09/21/2012 at 6:30pm for a polish change on my fingers and toes. I told the nail tech that i was in a hurry because a pipe had broke in my home. She removed the polish from my toes..(which was not that bad to begin with, my fingers were worse)..she painted them, but used her finger nails to clean up the polish she got on the edges of my toes. Then left the remainder of the polish on my toes. (could submit pics). She then began on my fingers..I have solar gel on my nails and she filed, buffed and did not clean up the cuticle area where my nails had grown out (in between rebases, I do this every month..just not here) I mentioned to her that usually, they use the tool and clean the surface of the nail to remove any skin etc. She said.."we don't do that here"..I commented, so you paint over the skin?? She ignored me and kept painting my nails...well, 45 min later..after she left me at the dryer for 20 minutes as she disappeared to the back, I looked at my nails and they looked terrible..again, she used her nail to clean the edges and my nails looked awful. I called her and the manager (i think) over to look at them and they both agreed they look bad. Yet, kept asking me..over and over again what I wanted. My nails to look nice..I said ..I could have had a rebase by now..it was now 45 minutes from the time I walked in. They kept asking me what I wanted..I said to have my nails cleaned up and looking good..I was in a hurry as I had mentioned when I walked in. The tech sat down, took off my polish and said there you go and walked away. I got up and walked out the door..only to have them chase me to my care demanding that I pay them..for my toes..or take off the polish on my toes..Uh, I came in with polish on my toes that looked about the same as when I walked out. They treatened to call the police on me..I paid them there $8.00..they then demanded my ID..I told them NO, and walked out. They were still yelling at me as I left. Terrible business...Another nail tech who was a guy was giving another women a pedicure and talked the entire time he was giving it to her. Poor lady...she was just trying to relax. Terrible place, terrible staff, terrible customer service!!!

Andy and Lena are the owners of this amazing nail salon. From the moment I came in which was the first week they opened, I have always felt so cared about and cherished for my business. I have been to many many nail salons around Denver and I will not go anywhere but JoJos now. I dirve from LODO to come here. The pedicures, the Pink and White nails are the best and if you need an eye brow wax, Lena is the best in Denver. I highly recommmend JoJos to anyone who wants to find quality nails and a caring staff. :).

Horrible place. Nails started breaking off the next day, real nails turned yellow and they didnt want to do anything about it. would fix or refund money. all they wanted to do was try to justify their side. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time/frustration.

JoJos gets a big two thumbs up from mee! The staff is really friendly and enjoyable. I myself am picky about where I go and now that I have been to JoJos it is clear I have no need to go anywhere else! Thanks JoJo for for the great hand work!
