Went there twice. First time I had multiple things done to the color of my hair and paid around $300 with tip, thought that was pricey.. but didn't say anything.Went again right before my wedding. I checked in and sat there for over 10 minutes while I heard my hairstylist ask where I was and the front desk tell her they didn't know.. as I was sitting there. Spoke up.. gotten taken back right away.. wanted just some partial low lights and ended up with blonde highlights. I expressed how important it was that my hair turned our right due to the fact that I was getting married the following month. needless to say it didn't come out how I explained at all and I was charges the same amount as the first time.. even though I only had about 1/4 of the services done as the first time. One thing I can't stand is someone taking advantage of my kindness. I will not go back to this salon. Make sure you ask and re-ask about what you are getting charged for and why.

Why can you not cut my wife's hair like she asks? When she says "trim" that doesn't mean cut it how YOU want it to look. Your stylists are terrible. They acknowledge my wife's wishes and then do their own thing anyway. LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENTS because you just lost one.

I wanted to like this salon since it is in my neighborhood and that would be really convenient for me. I went and the stylist did a nice job. I am not an overly chatty person but she was friendly enough and I zoned out over a magazine while she did her work. It was a professional setting and it was clean. I liked it enough to book another appointment with the same stylist 4 weeks out and I have the card with the appointment time on it but when it started to get closer to the date the wrong time was booked I confirmed that the card said the proper time that I booked but they said she was already booked at the time that I wanted so that was not really convenient to me even though they tried to get me to see another stylist I didn't want to because they should have been professional enough to have the correct appointment time from when I booked it originally. It's not a terrible salon but I did dislike how I was treated when it came to the follow up appointment.

My first visit to this salon. My stylist was Sydney and she did an amazing cut and color on my hair. I left loving my hair and it felt silky smooth! Everything about this salon is great, from the atmosphere, the highly skilled staff, the products, the energy and customer service. It was very inviting. The owners have definitely put their hearts into creating an outstanding business. I was apprehensive about going to a new stylist but so glad I did! I would recommend this salon if you are too! Convenient to Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, Boulder and worth the drive if you live farther away. Ample parking too.

This salon is CONSISTENTLY the best in the Denver Metro Area! It is a contemporary, spa-like atmosphere with a friendly staff. The prices are even affordable for such quality work! An important detail to mention: in the several years I have been going there, I have had wonderful results by ALL their stylists! It is not just a place with 1 or 2 talented people- this is a quality salon with quality work. It is always a leap of faith when trying a new hair place, but you can rest assured that you will be taken good care of here and your satisfaction is their main goal. It is so nice to go to people who take real pride in their work :)
