I love this nail salon. Sara,is the only person I allow to do my nails and eyebrows. She is always so courteous. She feels like a part of my family as I have been her client for 11 years. If Sara is not able to do my nails on a particular day I wait until she can. So happy to have found her.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is easily the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I had never been here before so when I was running errands at the mall, I decided to stop in and give them a try. I had an acrylic full set done, with a no chip manicure.($45 plus a tip) The staff was not friendly and acted extremely annoyed when I asked him to make the nails the same length (which I figured was a given when getting nails done) . He was rude and he did an awful job. The tips were not glued on well and all the nails were loose within a few days, but I could not return to the salon because I was across the country on vacation. By the time I returned from vacation I had one nail that had completely fallen off and all the rest were on their way. I called the salon to see about getting a new set, or even about just getting them fixed and the two employees that I spoke to were extremely rude. The woman told me that if I had called within a day or two they could help me but since it had been two weeks there was nothing they could do. I had never had this set filled and they were already falling off! I wore them for 16 days! I have been getting my nails done for a long time and this has never happened after getting a new set. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I will never recommend to a friend and I myself will never return.

This place is AWFUL! The nail tech used the f word with my teenage daughter. Then the manager said to her "you so hairy....damn." What's wrong with these people. I do not recommend this place at all. They are unprofessional and their services are mediocre.
