I've been a patient of Dr. Kahn's for many many years. I go once a year and at the end of the appointment, the person behind the reception counter makes an appointment for 12 months (and a day) later. Last Friday, I went to my (supposed) one year check-up (at 7:30 AM) and was told, very rudely, that not only did I not have an appointment for 7:30 AM that day, but there was no appointment in the system for me. She then brusquely asked if I'd like to set up an appointment. (Couldn't she have at least 'assumed' that their computer system ate the appointment made a year earlier???) I have an appointment for later in the month, but am quite 'upset' that I had to miss work twice for my literally 5 minute appointment. Dr. Kahn is very pleasant and efficient, but he needs to work on the attitude of his front desk staff.
