Flo Batson is the best Colorist EVER! She colored by brown hair a beautiful blonde for 15 years...I moved to Savannah, Georgia and took my formula code with me. Almost 3 years and 4 new Stylists later I had to visit Flo to get my hair back to the color I love! THANK You Flo! I love and miss you!

I recently moved from the Tristate area to Charlotte and had been looking for a good place to get my haircut. I bought a Groupon Voucher for this Salon. There were about 3 options, I was interested in the cut and style OR the cut and partial highlights. BEFORE buying the voucher, I called in and told them that I have blackish brown hair and I also use dye. I was told that didn't matter, they would be able to do the partial highlights, so I bought the latter option. I reached 5 minutes before my appointment time. My hair dresser, JENNIFER, looked at me and from her expression itself I knew that it wasn't going to go well. They made me wait for about 15 minutes before she very arrogantly walked me to my chair. I always wear m ythick hair long with layers, in a V shape. I also carried a pic with me she there would be no confusion. She just looked at my hair and said, I can't do highlights, it's going to look horrible on you and if you still want it, I will have to tone your hair which will cost you extra. She argued with me constantly, even when I stopped replying, she even said she didn't care if I got my previous cuts in NY, she kept throwing hairdressers jargon to me and when I didn't get what she was saying, she would throw me an exasperated expression. Finally I told her to just forget about the highlights and do the haircut. For that too she had a hundred reasons why I shouldn't do it. So why didn't I walk out? I understand that creative people can sometimes be temperamental, especially when they think they aren't being understood. So I gave her the benefit of doubt and wanted to see her walk the walk. Well, pathetic is not the word. She spent 10 mnts on my hair, kept criticizing the person who did my previous cut, kept throwing the hair on my face violently while measuring them out etc ... and the end result was what a 10 year old could do at home. I have never felt so horrible getting my hair done ever in my entire life. I was humiliated, argued with and ridiculed. When I think why, there are very few reasons that come to mind. 1. She knew she was terrible at layers and didn't want her bluff called out, so made me feel stupid instead by throwing technicalities at me. 2. She was already running late and didn't want to do my hair. 3. She just didn't want to do my hair ... (clue, my hair is blackish brown :) I decided to return the groupon and pay in cash since she wouldn't do as per the groupon description. I didn't even want to leave a tip but when I paid her, she just kept the entire amount and said thank you!! I mean, really?!! So I would never ever set foot in that Salon again, ever.

Alex did an amazing job!!! She listened, and did exactly the cut I described to her. My hair looks amazing, the cut is super-flattering. Since I moved to Charlotte, I've been looking for a hairstylist I can trust, and I can't be happier with the service I got in 90 degrees. Highly, highly recommended! My whole experience was amazing from start to finish.

After eight long year of going to different hair salons, I finally found one that I'll be going back to. I had an amazing experience at 90 Degree Salon! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the young woman at the front desk. I immediately noticed how clean and tidy the salon looked. I sat for less than a minute when my hair stylist came. During the entire cut and color, he asked me questions and kept the conversation going, making me feel so comfortable. I loved my haircut and the color my hair dresser chose! I would recommend 90 Degrees to anyone, both men and women. If you're new to the salon, make an appointment with Alex Markowski and you won't be disappointed! :-)
