The women who work here are complete trailer trash. They are extremely rude and always mess up my hair. And when you kindly explain to them what they need to fix they get an attitude with you. Take my advice and STAY AWAY!

Terrible haircuts. Zero attention to details. I timed the stylists working and it literally took them around 10 minutes per haircut for adults. It's impossible to do quality work in such period of time. All they care about is seating the next client so that they maximize the tips. It's as if they race with each other on finishing first and getting the next client. Probably not their fault, rather the corporation they work for. I'd rather pay more and receive quality work next time. I won't go back that's for sure.

I went in for a haircut with Jenna. she took so much time to make sure she got it just right. she did a fantastic job and I will go back to her again next time! she really wants to make sure it's right. good job!

I'm pretty spontaneous when it comes to deciding to get a haircut, I just like to get in and get out. This place had some really top notch stylists working two years ago but every other month when I visit the service just kept getting worse and worse. Every time I go in there are different stylists working that are even worse then before and today's visit was my last straw. After waiting for about 30 minutes for the two stylists to finish on one client the first stylists leaves after she is done "cutting" and walks next door to get a cheeseburger or something while I'm still sitting there. So I wait around another 10 minutes for the other stylist to finish and then when It's my turn finally she immediately commands me to go have a seat without even sweeping up the hair at her station. When I sit down I told her I wanted just a trim not what I usually get. I saw her roll her eyes in the mirror and started to get snappy with me. I told her to not bother I'll just go somewhere else and stormed out. Don't go here if you want friendly service but do go if you want to be treated like a child. I don't understand why people work in this industry if they can't at least pretend to be nice to other clients.
