After a very bad injection experience at a very well known plastic surgeon in town (who did not help me after the fact), I sought advice from a few other doctors and skin care specialists as to what to do to "fix" the bad injections I received . No one really could figure out what went wrong but the minute I met Dr. Elizabeth Rostan at Charlotte Skin and Laser, she knew what happened and how to correct the other procedure. Dr. Elizabeth Rostan was not only a very cool woman and very knowledgeable, she had a great team surrounding her. She took care of my issue in five minutes. I wish I didn't wait a year to try her! She is quite an amazing business owner. I will be back.

Today was the first time visiting Dr. Rostan's office. I went there to have Restylane injections in my under eyes to get rid of my under eye circles. It Worked!!!! I'm am so happy with the results, and will continue seeing Dr. Rostan for any future skin care issues.

She did not look carefully at whatever I had, and made a completely wrong diagnosis which made mine worse. And also, this was not covered by insurance, whereas the place I went to after this dissatisfactory service did say that it was covered by insurance. This place absolutely sucks and she's a terrible doctor.
