I came here yesterday and while waiting to get a haircut, I witnessed a verbal argument between some of the stylists and a customer and her family. What I witnessed was horrible and they humiliated the customers in front of everyone. They even refused to finish the haircut of the child in the seat who already had half his head shaved. I have never seen grown adults be such bullies to customers. Awful customer service, I will never recommend or return to this location ever again. I still can't get over what I saw yesterday. UNBELIEVABLE.
