Best salon in Charlotte. I go to Ava for my color and she does an amazing job. I have been blonde and then went to black then to brown and have really put my hair through the ringer over the past ten years, but Ava always gets the color exactly how I want it and keeps it looking very healthy in the process. Planet 21 has friendly service, a great atmosphere, and excellent prices. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new hair stylist in Charlotte.
My son had an appointment but I did not. We went on Saturday and the place was fully booked. I asked if there was a chance of a cancellation to also get a hair cut and they said they would try.... Couple minutes later the owner comes and says he will be happy to cut my hair. He suggested how to cut it which is extremely helpful for me since I never can provide any guidance other than "just make it shorter". My oldest son liked it, we already brought in my younger son and he liked it, I liked it, and we are going back!!
