have never had a problem as mentioned above. The staff is funny and they like to make you feel welcome. They speak English 99% of the time and they understand everything you are saying. The girls even call my mom Grandma and we feel right at home. I love this place!!
Customer service is a major problem here. I went to the location at the Arboretum. Walked in today just to purchase a gift card. There were 2 women doing nothing at the front desk. So when i walked up to them and asked if I could purchase a gift card, they acted like I was bothering them. Meanwhile they never said hello to me, one just glared at me the whole time with this ugly and nasty look on her face while yacking in her foreign tounge which she knows I do not speak. The other employee was writing up the gift card just smiling at whatever the other lady was saying. I spent 40$ and now I wish I hadn't. Just hope my friend has a better experience than me. F+
