Should have read review before coming here! My mom and I have been going to Supercuts in central Jersey for years and have always been super satisfied with our cuts and the service, so "well that's what you get for the price" is no excuse. The woman who cut my mom's hair today (I don't remember her name, but she had drawn on red eyebrows--that's how to spot her!) was extremely rude and very reluctant to modify the cut when my mom asked her to make it a little shorter in the back. She finished cutting, and literally just walked away when she was done, leaving my mom with dripping wet hair and little snippy hairs all over her neck. Then we saw the hair after it dried--SHE RUINED MY MOM'S HAIR! Mom wanted soft layers and literally the woman shaped it like a layer cake. My mom wanted a whispy bob (we had pictures that we have successfully used before) and now my poor mom's head looks like it has steps like a ziggurat pyramid. Big sad face! Sooo disappointed! I recommend Supercuts New Brunswick, Piscataway, or Edison.
I went here for a while and was satisfied with the cuts I got but after a less than stellar cut(uneven), nothing horribly bad but the stylist shouldn't have made the mistake or missed it, I stopped going there. There are other places where I imagine stylists settle in and aren't just working to make an extra buck or until they find a better place to go to, hardly ever saw the same face there more than once.
