Walked in with a smile, no smile or reply back just a dirty look. I usually go to RBX on Cheyenne and Rainbow but they closed early today, so I figured ok go somewhere else. Well I specifically said no cutting or shaing just clean up like I usually do. Nope went to cut my eyebrows. Did not clean up, made them thin, even though I said do not make them thin. They did everything I asked them not to, when I confronted them about it they got all in my face. BOTH of them got in my face and said I did not understand them, obviously not cuz their both sitting there talking in a diff language. As I left I flipped her off and she did as well with a "right back at ya" I will NEVER go back.

HORRIBLE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. They do not have good customer service. I walked in with a smile and they just looked so mean. one told me to sign in and pointed to a chair for me (she didn't seem too bad.) but the other one was so aggressive she broke the thread she was using. she was slamming everything on the counter. I'll give her credit, I like how my eye brows turned out, but there is just no need to be so rude. (the only reason I went here was because I wanted to try it out since the other place was so busy.) Needless to say I will be returning to DEVINE THREADING next time. They are so much more gentle and polite!

This place is horrible I walked in and the woman behind the counter didn't even acknowledge that I was there just gestured to a clipboard in front of her. Then the woman that did the threading wasn't very friendly just gestured to the chair and went to work didn't ask how I wanted my eyebrows or anything. Hers hands smelled bad which I know is weird but if your hands are going to be around someone's face and that close yo their nose you should at least make sure they smell clean. Then when. She was finished my eyebrows looked the same as when I came in so I asked her to do it a little thinner and she got an attitude and then when she showed them to me again they were uneven so I just stopped her and got up to pay. Once again the woman behind the counter just looked at me until I asked how much and then she very rudely said 10. I will never go back to this location ever again! They are rude and and didn't do a very nice job at all! I was very disappointed.

There are two main ladies at this location and they are both amazing! No appointment needed. You sign in, tell them what you want and they take care of you. A Complete cultured environment, they hardly speak English but they know enough to take good direction from clients. They remember me everytime I go in and what we talked about last session. One time I asked for a higher arch and she even had the decency to inform me that she'd need to remove more hair than usual to accomplish my request. I love this location, I always have a good experience. They never let me down and they're quick! Thank you for your great services ladies! I'll be seeing you all tomorrow!

I have visit this location a few times when I go I take my teenage daughter. I found out by my Niece that students get a discount. Well first of all One of the ladies in there is very very rude and aggressive. I really don't appreciate her tone and aggressiveness with me and my daughter. The 1st time I ask for the student discount she got all mad. Asking where's her ID". My daughter showed it. But it's the way she ask she was not pleasant. Then another time we went my daughter explained she wanted to keep the thickness she told her very rude you don't have thickness I can't work a miracle. Well just to let u know her brows are thick and that lady should have kept that comment to herself. My daughter brows came out nice. Well shame on me for going back today it was a little busy (day b4 school). Well guess what went to pay ask about student discount. The lady that actually did my daughters eyebrow was ok with it. But the mean lady who was working on someone else came out of no where and started drilling us about where's her ID how old is she well do it today but next time NO! Wait a minute do u give a student discount of not? Why are u so upset? I paid the other lady and just dismissed the mean lady. Where is the Customer service lady. So guess what I will never spend my money there again. The old saying still applies to this day. "it's not what you say it's how you say it" and I'm saying you won't get another dime of my money!
