Almost not even remotely satisfied with my cut. My hair, which is difficult to manage, was cut poorly. However, that isn't the reason for my review; the woman who did cut off hair seemed to not take direction very accurately and her "expertise" lacked when met with my hair. These hair stylist need to be educated on how to deal with most if jot all types of hair. Now I have to look like an idiot because a stylist was unable to do my hair the way I wanted them to.
My only experience in this salon is with Stephanie, who has colored & cut my spiky hairstyle beautifully for over a year now. She knew what I wanted from my first description. Going back this week.
there is never enough stylist. one person should not be expected to run an entire shop.
DO NOT GO HERE. They do not know how to cut hair.
I waited for half and hour they they just kept adding the people that call before they should put them as they come too
