I think this "Best of Las Vegas" status is going to their head. I have been a loyal customer for a long time not only that I tip very well. I had gel put on my nails (polish) that was green (that's not what I choose, I choose White with Sparkles), it came out of the bottle greenish I advised the Tech and he said ("no that is just the product it will be white with sparkles when it drys), and under the light up close the green seemed to fade. Now mind you this bottle just came in I actually had to wait for them to get it out of the package. Well when I got home it was green, later that night it was green, the next morning it was green...It was Green!! it never turned white it was the type of green like the "glow in the dark nail polish looks like, like slime green, I was not happy. I went down there with in 3 days mind you as they have a 7 day guarantee on there nails. I was told I had to pay 20.00 to have it changed, after the girl confirmed it was green in front of all the other customers. I already paid 45.00- 3 days ago and my technician that was there that has been doing my nails all this time said nothing...and they were rude...I used to go there years ago when they opened, then stopped now I remember why..The Best of Las Vegas can become the worst in Las Vegas if you want it to Pink Nails remember your customers decide that fate. You have a good thing going don't ruin it by greed, you have friendly staff for the most part don't compromise good customer Service (soft skills) for $$ it is not worth the sacrifice know your repeat customers and take care of them as they take care of you.

Not just great for mani pedis- Facials too! I had been looking for a place near Brickell and I'm so glad this place popped up in my search. After having a great experience with Noor on a gel mani and pedi, I inquired about facials (having not been satisfied with the facials I had received in the area even at the big hotel spas). I came back for the facial and it was amazing- best I've had in Miami. Noor was meticulous in the whole experience and I left completely relaxed.

very good place to get manicure. avoid coming during weekend, very busy. came here Monday for deluxe manicure. very smoothly process, nice feeling... hands look healthy and feel smooth....

Very clean and professional but extremely under par manicure... I was here 7 days ago and had a rockstar gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My pedicure is holding up amazingly, as usual, but my manicure starting lifting on the edges just 3 days after my appointment. Day 5, 2 nails were chipped which is uncommon with any gel manicure I've ever had. Day 7 i have extreme lifting on the edges and peeling.Needless to say for the money, my 50 dollar manicure is less than worth it so I won't be returning. Would have given 2.5 star rating but not an option

Doesn't live up to expectations. Their website has "The Best of Las Vegas" badge from the Las Vegas review journal, and on google it has a rating of 4.4. I had higher expectations, but my manicure was rushed and felt more like a run of the mill salon. Everyone was pleasant enough though, not a bad experience
