I have been to this store twice. The first time the two women there pretty much ignored me and was not helpful. At the time I just thought they were having an off day and didn't think anything about it. But I went back again, this time with my 5 year old deaf granddaughter. While shopping she let me know she had to use the bathroom, so I walked her to the front of the store and politely asked the ladies if I could take her to the bathroom. They told me they did not have a bathroom. This 5 year old was holding herself and obviously in distress. I looked at them in shock and said "you don't have a bathroom? What do you two use when you are here all day?" The one spoke up and rudely said, "Let me put it like this lady, we don't have a public bathroom for someone like you to use?" I was stunned. I put everything I had planned to buy down on the counter, took my granddaughter's hand and walked out after telling them "you are not nice people." And I will NEVER set foot in that place again. I drive a nice car, I dress nicely, my granddaughter is a well behaved adorable little girl. What is wrong with these people that they would treat a deaf little girl like that? Disgusting and pathetic. And obviously the idea of catering to paying customers is a foreign concept to these two women.
WHY wouldn't you have your store hours listed anywhere? ?
