We were met with an aggressive and pointless response when we confronted these bozos with their own mistakes. These folks do not measure up to the least stringent definition of professional. Booked an appointment for my 12 year old to get a 'perm;' in every corner of this universe, that word refers to a process which produces waves, curls or other shaping. These clowns decided it meant 'permanent color.' When I returned to pick up my daughter and asked about their mistake, they proceeded to attempt to hard sell my 12 year old daughter (!) on a special technique to wave her hair. The owner Crystal tried to tap dance around the entire debacle, but since she has limited intelligence and gets her wardrobe from circa 1965 Joey Heatherton yard sales, she possesses zero credibility. Avoid Crystal's as you would the plague.

Highly recommended! This is one of my favorite salons and every experience with the color genius, Ryan, has been wonderful! The spa pedicure is very soothing and an absolute treat for worn out feet. My heels were cracked and tough with calluses, but the treatments she used instantly moisturized them and I haven’t had a problem since. After two months, the pedicure was still there and people were still giving me compliments! During a manicure session, I requested designs on my nails and she listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and honestly told me what would and wouldn’t look good. ELUMEN hair color is fantastic! Ryan mixed a bit of pink and red together, which added cherry highlights and purple lowlights. I had dark brown Asian hair, so the ELUMEN added plenty of dimension and shine. At Crystal’s Spa and Salon, the staff makes you look and feel beautiful! I’m so glad I found this place because since I’ve been here, I’ve never looked better!

I was in Ithaca for a business trip and was in dire need of massage. I felt comfortable in their spa and didn't feel like a male outcast. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the best deep tissue massage I ever had. I also got a great cut. The parking is great and atmosphere relaxing.

We booked an appointment for 5 of us girls for our girls vacation in Ithaca. 3 appts were at 1030 as confirmed by three different members of our party and 2 were at 1215-130. At 950 am we received a phonecall stating in an unfriendly manner we were late, and our appointments were at 930. We left in an frenzy despite KNOWING they were wrong! When we arrived they brushed it off acted like it had not occured. The day progressed as expected. Good points they allowed us to bring in food and mimosas to the upstairs to relax while waiting for members of our party. Crystals also allowed us to get the april special despite it being 5/1/10 as had been discussed in advance. Then unfortunately one member of our party had her pedicure and her facial appeared to be forgotten, they took her in eventually but stated she had never booked or called... then 30 minutes later found it in the computer. Also attempted to overcharge 2 members of our party. The facial and body scrubs were very nice. But overall the confusion and stress from the disorganization led our day to take 5 and half hours and was not the "total relaxation" experience we had been looking forward to

Services were relaxing but the spa is a little cramped if you want to relax with friends. They were also very unorganized with their scheduling and made us feel bad because of the mistakes they made. Not the experience I was hoping for.
