All they care is to send customer back within 5 mins. With haircut done within 3-4 mins, one can only guess how it must be. She didnt even check if both sides look even or not. Just a waste of time. had to go to other barber shop to correct it. I highly recommend NOT to go MasterCuts at Ithaca Mall. Better not to have hair cut if you are planning to go to this one.

Worst Blow out of my life! I came to this salon thinking it would be great, bu instead it turned out to be terrible!The hair stylist told me she had experience with all "ethnic group hairs" which made me believe he would be able to blow dry my curly hair well. The final result was frizzy, curly, big, puffy and oily. She barely did it twice and only pulled my hair. Instead of working well on my curly hair, she treated it as if she was dealing with straight, silky hair. When i told her I did not like it, she told me there was nothing she could do because my hair would not become straight the way I wanted it to. She told me I would have to pay an extra $20 for straightening iron which would come out to a total of $40! I was so shocked and disappointed with the outcome, so I insisted getting my hair washed again. The manager, i believe, just charged me for shampoo but I was not satisfied at all. The hair stylist was very rude, non-helpful and very very unprofessional. I cannot believe how terrible of a job she did. I recommend taking extra hair training courses that would help her learn what a real blow out is- no matter what texture hair it is. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Please choose another salon if you would like to get a nice blow-out.
