Best eyebrow waxing in all of Ithaca!!! The lady there, I think her name is Irene, takes her time and even puts on a pair of magnifying glasses to make sure she gets all the fine hairs. She'll take a full 15 minutes - almost feels like a facial. I live in Hawaii now, and missed her eyebrow waxes so much I felt a need to write her a good review :)

AMAZING! I went to get a full set of nails on my badly taken care of hands and was of course skeptical...as it has generally been my experience these types of appointments are rushed, slapped on too thick, dried in some distant corner and kick out the door. Which generally results in me picking and chipping away at them until I've chewed them off my fingers, due to being so unhappy with the way they look. THIS WAS NOT THAT EXPERIENCE. My experience was wonderful. I was politely greeted. They took their time prepping my tattered hands for the nails, applying the tips and acrylic. They were gentle and meticulous during the application. I was shocked when prior to the application of the top coat they carefully inspected each and every nail to ensure that it looked its best. These are the most natural looking nails I have EVER had done. And I'm proud to say that for the first time ever I am going today to have them filled. That's right...they are so beautiful, I did not chew them off! I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality, and perfection! They are truly artists who take great pain-staking pleasure in their craft and they are MAGNIFICENT at what they do.

I read the previous 3 mixed reviews and unfortunately dismissed them. DON'T GO HERE!!! It was the *worst* pedicure I've ever had. I am so sad I wasted money. The man who did my nails (ick!) argued with me about where to remove callous from my feet. He was very aggressive on my heels, which don't get callous, and then argued with me and refused to work on the outside of my big toe that does get calloused. Then, he was very aggressive with a nail brush on the tender *skin* all over the top of my feet. I asked him to stop and said "ow!" and he just switched over to the other side. He did not file/shape my toenails at all. He did not push my cuticles back or remove the excess cuticle off at the corner of the nails. He then proceeded to 'massage' my feet by using a jerking off motion with his hand around my big toe. I wanted to throw up. I pulled away, and he grabbed my foot tighter. So I pulled my foot back and, like with the painful nail brush, he switched to the other foot. Finally, the nail polish job was horrible. I had pink blotches on the other sides of my toes, on my flip flops (which he put on me before he painted the nails- and no toe-spacers were used), and smeared polish on my nails. No topcoat. **IMPORTANT** The callous remover and nail brush used on me were NOT SANITIZED...MERELY RINSED AND APPEARED TO BE PUT BACK IN THE DRAWER FOR USE ON THE NEXT PERSON. Which means not sanitized before used on me. ick ick ick!!! Don't dismiss this review...don't go here!

Great eyebrow waxing, only $10 and Irene takes her time. Reasonable prices for pedicures and manicures, I like a lot of work on my heels and I always ask for a little more so I don't agree with previous reviews that they are agressive. Their gel manicures last at least 2 weeks.
