Okay so disclaimer: I have been getting acrylics for years so yes, my standards are very high. I'm also new to Portland and have been seeking the best place for acrylics. So here are my pros and cons of this place: Pros: the end result was pretty good and my nail tech listened to my request to make my nails thin which can be difficult for some places. Cons: she nicked cuticles on two of my fingers repeatedly. One she tore skin... not cool. Also though they didn't tell me this over the phone, you have to provide your own file and buff (what???) Or they charge you extra. Was I also supposed to bring my own powder and drill too? With how much I'm paying for my nails maybe they should provide the tools... or at least tell me ahead of time. Also solar gel should cure longer than 60 seconds for best results. Overall I think the great reviews for this place are all from pedicures and while my nails look pretty good now, the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be continuing my search for great acrylics in Portland elsewhere.

Fantastic, artistic, clean, professional. My favorite nail shop in PDX. Ask for an appointment with Van, she'll blow you away - especially if you like fancy designs on your toes. Also, now they hand out iPads for use in the salon!

Incredibly relaxing, great atmosphere, timely, friendly, and just so great with a glass of wine! Normally it kinda hurts and tickles more, it was a job well done. I will only come back here!

My mom and I went here today as a treat for my bday. We both got the Deluxe Pedi for $35, and were blown away by the amazing treatment you get! We both left floating, not wanting to walk on our freshly pampered feet. ALL of the staff, not just the two gals who worked on us, were VERY friendly and personable! We were very impressed and will definitely be back. Thanks for making my bday even better! :)

I have been to many different nail salons in PDX. Healthy Nails is the best! Everyone is so friendly. The basic pedi, well there is nothing basic about it. Mint mask, awesome massage and hot wax and a complimentary drink for $35. Henry does a beautiful job with solar nails. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
